Sunflower Services LLC, commonly known as SFS is a professional services company that focuses on helping professionals and future professionals reach their potential. SFS is owned and operated by me, Tamera Flowers, and is a brain child of mine that was born out of my seemingly insatiable desire to help people reach their full potential.

I decided to start this blog to help people navigate the professional workspace with plans to cover topics like traveling on the company's dollar, the 2 week notice, planning for success and everything else you need to know to navigate the professional space. Along the way, I will introduce you to some of my friends who work in different fields to bring you fresh and important information.
